In this workshop, you will learn how to utilize the FITS Guidebook to support your development as an iterative, reflective, and inclusive instructor and/or faculty developer by (1) engaging in deep, reflective prompts and peer-peer learning focused on ISTP research results; (2) examining the lived experiences of your learners (e.g., students, faculty members) and campus constituents that impact and influence the development of inclusive instructors; and (3) working to advance an inclusive teaching action plan.

The workshop will provide a series of learning experiences to support your development as an inclusive practitioner by promoting reflective, relational, and strategic dimensions braided together to create ongoing, iterative growth.
